Meet our CEO, Jessica Winchester

Hello!

As I reflect on my nearly 20-year journey in employment services for people with disabilities, it's the transitions that have shaped my path and deepened my commitment to fostering inclusion.

My story isn't just about professional milestones—it's about navigating transformative shifts and finding purpose in unexpected places. From my early career as a direct service professional to my tenure as an administrator, each transition has been a catalyst for growth and heart-searching.

During my role as an Administrator for a Deaf Community Outreach Program and being immersed in a new culture, I witnessed once again, the continuous challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and the urgent need for systemic change. This was my turning point, my call to action and the ignition I needed to drive my passion for inclusivity efforts.

Transitioning from advocate to consultant, I've channeled my insights and experiences into empowering organizations to embrace disability inclusion wholeheartedly. Yet, it's not just about corporate strategies, it's also about fostering authentic connections and understanding the human impact of inclusion.

Throughout my journey, I've encountered individuals whose stories mirror so many others searching for belonging, purpose, and opportunity. It's these shared experiences that fuel my commitment to driving change and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Where everyone not only finds equality, but equity.

With me as your guide, you're gaining a partner that will pave the way with you.

Connect with me today, and let's embark on this journey together. Because when we embrace disability inclusion, we're not just transforming businesses—we're transforming lives.
